First and foremost, the NCBON hopes that you and your family are safe following the catastrophic damage caused by this storm. Regarding your Consent Order, please note the following:

  • Continue to work under the conditions of your Order as required. Any modification of employment conditions must be approved in advance by the NCBON.
  • If required by your Order, resume checking into Vault, mutual support group meeting, and treatment attendance effective Monday, October 14, 2024. Vault has verified the accessibility of collection sites in impacted areas.
  • Please contact your Case Analyst as you are able. 

    The NCBON will continue to monitor the situation and communicate with participants directly.
