Christmas Holiday
In observance of the Christmas Holiday, our office will be closed Tuesday, December 24th - Thursday, December 26th, 2024.
Normal office hours will resume Friday, December 27th, 2024, at 8:00am.
Completion of the Nurse Practitioner Refresher Course is required of any Nurse Practitioner who has not had an active approval to practice in greater than two (2) years. It is an individually planned and self-directed course of study containing required components. The components required are based on the number of years the Nurse Practitioner has been out of active clinical Nurse Practitioner practice.
